Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team as an Order Picker/Packer in Elkhart, IN. This long-term opportunity offers steady hours and competitive pay in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic math calculations or use a calculator to accurately pick orders.
- Safely operate an order picker, including ascending to heights of up to 20 feet.
- Lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Handle the physical demands of lifting 100–500 boxes of varying weights throughout your shift.
- Stand for extended periods while completing tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Successfully complete on-the-job training for operating the order picker and packing equipment.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform basic math calculations.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy boxes consistently throughout the day.
- Comfort working at heights up to 20 feet on an order picker.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to stand for long periods and meet physical demands of the role.
- Prior experience with order picking/packing is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
