Job Description

Job Title: Warehouse Forklift Operator
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (OT as needed)
Pay: $18.00/hour
Location: Elkhart, IN
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Forklift Operator to support material handling operations. This role involves loading/unloading, staging materials for production, and transporting finished goods. Candidates must be safety-focused and flexible with daily tasks and overtime needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts to move raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
  • Maintain material flow to and from production work centers
  • Use scanners and ERP systems for inventory tracking
  • Assist with general labor during downtime
  • Keep work areas, skid yard, and equipment clean and organized
Requirements:
  • Proven forklift experience (certification preferred)
  • Able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (dust, noise, temperature changes)
