Pro Resources is seeking an Upfit Mechanic for a client in Columbia City, IN. A successful ruck Upfit Mechanic has a passion for working in a truck upfit environment, enjoys solving problems, understands the mechanics of and finds joy in working on trucks, and passionately serves customers. Shift and Compensation

Monday- Friday 7:30-4 PM
Compensation is from 45,760 USD to 54,080 USD per year

Job Duties

Fabricating truck upfits – including automotive type wiring, hydraulics, and truck equipment installation
Electrical wiring of work on trucks and equipment
Welding – up to ¾ to 1” MIG welding
Applying mechanical skills and aptitude
Serving customers with high quality and industry leading brands
Working alongside a skilled team
Must be able to lift/carry up to 75 lbs

Background Profile

You have a strong mechanical aptitude such as tool knowledge and the ability to apply mechanical reasoning to the job.
You enjoy working on trucks.
You like to solve problems and have a ‘figure it out’ attitude.
You have great interpersonal skills such as motivation, positive work attitude, and dependability.
