Position: Truck Upfit General Mechanic
Shift/Status: 1st Shift hours/Direct-Hire
Pay: $18-22/hr
Location: Columbia City, IN
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate truck upfits, including automotive-type wiring, hydraulics, and truck equipment installation.
- Perform electrical wiring on trucks and equipment.
- Conduct welding tasks, including ¾ to 1” MIG welding.
- Apply mechanical skills and aptitude to various tasks.
- Serve customers with high-quality, industry-leading brands.
- Collaborate with a skilled team.
- Lift and carry up to 75 lbs.

- Strong mechanical aptitude with tool knowledge and the ability to apply mechanical reasoning.
- Enjoys working on trucks.
- Problem-solver with a ‘figure it out’ attitude.
