Tool and Die Maker – Direct Hire
Location: Logansport, IN
Shifts Available: 2nd Shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) | 3rd Shift (10:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
Pay: $24.00 – $30.25/hr starting rate + shift premiums (Top pay up to $35.51/hr)

Pro Resources is seeking skilled Tool and Die Makers for a direct hire opportunity in Logansport, IN. This is an excellent long-term career opportunity offering competitive pay, growth potential, and consistent weekday shifts.
Responsibilities
Maintain, rework, and fabricate dies and tools for production requirements.
Perform changeovers and ensure tooling is operating to specifications.
Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and other departments.
Evaluate and repair dies to meet part specifications.
Read blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation.
Operate tool room equipment and precision measuring instruments.
Participate in continuous improvement and follow all safety/quality guidelines.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience with tool and die troubleshooting and repair.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
Experience with tool room machinery (mills, grinders, drill presses, etc.).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
