Tool & Die Maker
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:45pm, overtime as needed
Pay: $25/hr+ Depending on experience

Pro Resources is currently seeking and experienced Tool & Die Maker for a long-standing metal manufacturing company in Indianapolis. This is a great long-term role with steady hours, strong long-term potential, and weekly pay.
Job Responsibilities:
Build, repair, and maintain dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures
Operate precision machining equipment (mills, lathes, grinders, EDM)
Read and interpret detailed blueprints and tooling drawings
Perform high-accuracy, fine-tolerance machining
Troubleshoot and modify tooling to support production efficiency
Verify tooling quality, fit, and function
Maintain tooling logs and inventory documentation
Follow all safety procedures and shop standards
Schedule & Overtime:
- Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:45pm
- Expected overtime: approximately 10 hours weekly
- Typical Saturday overtime: 4–5 hours
Requirements:
Previous Tool & Die Maker experience required
Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills
Ability to work with tight tolerances and complex tooling
High attention to detail and accuracy
HS Diploma or GED
Felonies considered on a case-by-case basis with client approval
