Third Shift Bedding Assembler / Packer

Shift: 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Pay: $17.00 per hour
We are hiring reliable and motivated associates to assemble and package bedding components in a fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in quality work and meeting production goals.
Job Responsibilities
Assembly Process
- Assemble bedding components using gluing applications
- Build bed structures according to production schedules
- Identify and work with different foam types
- Create and issue tags using SAP
- Visually inspect products and measure dimensions
- Work toward daily production goals
Packaging Process
- Read and follow customer packaging specifications
- Inspect and measure products prior to packaging
- Set up and operate a convoluter as needed
- Create and issue SAP tags
- Poly-wrap, label, and stage finished products per customer orders
Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to use basic math skills to count foam components
- Strong reasoning and common-sense problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram instructions
- Attention to detail and quality standards
Physical Requirements
- Frequent heavy lifting of 51–100 lbs (foam, pallets, packaging supplies)
- Heavy pushing and pulling of 50–100 lbs (foam stacks)
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
