Shift and Compensation
- 1st Shift 7:30-4 PM
- Compensation is from 37,440 USD to 39,520 USD
Job Duties
- Prepare outbound shipments and ensure accurate documentation.
- Receive inbound shipments, verify contents, and process accordingly.
- Stage parts for the service department based on work orders.
- Answer phone calls and assist walk-in customers with parts inquiries.
- Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Enter data for over-the-counter sales and service needs, as well as stock order entries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts room, including organizing shelves and disposing of trash.
Background Profile
- Prior experience in a parts department or related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including data entry.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
