Temporary Maintenance Engineer – Noblesville, IN
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM or 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Pay: $36-38/hr based on experience
Duration: Now through end of August or early September
Pro Resources is seeking a Temporary Maintenance Engineer to support a facility in Noblesville, IN as they prepare to transition operations out of state. This role will assist with both the relocation of equipment and regular day-to-day maintenance tasks to help keep production running smoothly during the move.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Troubleshoot issues and complete emergency or scheduled maintenance as needed
Support equipment teardown and relocation efforts
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements:
Prior experience in manufacturing maintenance
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read manuals and interpret work orders
Welding and furnace knowledge a plus
Details:
Monday–Thursday schedule (4-day, 10-hour workweek)
Hours: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM or 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Minimal expected overtime
Temporary role ending late August or early September
