Accounting Clerk – $18–$26/hr (DOE) | Temp-to-hire | Onsite
Location: Frankfort, IN
Pay: $18–$26/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (lunch from 12pm-1pm)
Overview:
Pro Resources is currently hiring an experienced Accounting Clerk to support office operations for our client in Frankfort, IN. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity expected to last 3–4 months, with a possibility for direct hire depending on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities:
Code and reconcile equipment hours across multiple locations
Track and enter purchase card and CLC card transactions
Assist with accounting automation processes
Support vehicle registration and documentation
Perform sales tax entries in ERP system
General administrative duties including filing, data entry, and ordering supplies
Maintain accounting databases and spreadsheets
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in accounting a plus
2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with ERP systems
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
