Title: Team Leader
Day shift-7:00am-3:30 Winter hours, 6:00am to 2:30 Summer Hours
Pay-18.00-19:00/Experience.
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Production Team Leader to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in production supervision, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of production workers to ensure daily production targets are met or exceeded.
- Provide direction, guidance, and support to team members, including training and development opportunities as needed.
- Monitor production processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Coordinate with other departments such as maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics to ensure smooth production flow.
- Enforce safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Lead by example by demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to achieving company goals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a production leadership role, with demonstrated success in supervising and motivating teams to achieve production targets.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members at all levels.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
