Job Description:
To Repair and maintain stainless pressure vessels (Tote) used in food manufacturing. To document and track fruit tote history in SAP.
Shift and Compensation:
- Monday-Friday 6 AM-2 PM
- $19-20/hr
Primary Responsibilities:
-Repair section of tote by cutting, grinding and or welding as necessary.
-Buff and polish external areas after repair as needed.
-Other tasks in assessment or repair as required.
-Perform pressure test after repair.
-Replace necessary gaskets on bottom valve and tote lid.
-Prepare container for use in production.
-Investigate and document QA tote for low / no pressure
-Document repairs, pressure test via tote tracker form and pictures of necessary information.
-Help to finish PM, s on production equipment if needed.
-Help on project work if needed
-Maintain fruit tote part inventory to include requisition requests, inventory including both new and recycled parts.
-Computer knowledge in Microsoft word and Excel
