Pro Resources is seeking 1st Shift Skilled Machine Operators for a client in Elkhart, IN. Apply today!

Shift and Compensation

1st Shift M-F 4 AM-12:30 PM
Pay is from 20 USD / hour

Job Duties

Operate and maintain machinery according to production guidelines and safety standards.
Monitor equipment to ensure efficient operation and identify any issues.
Adjust machine settings to achieve desired specifications and quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery as needed.
Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical issues.

Background Profile

Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Good physical condition and stamina to lift/move heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training is a plus.
