We are seeking a Skilled Machine Maintenance Operator to join our team in Elkhart, IN. Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain a variety of machinery, including galvanized punch presses, brake presses, and metal shears.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment.
- Adjust machines and tools for optimal performance based on production needs.
- Cut materials to specified lengths with precision and accuracy.
- Inspect machines regularly to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating and maintaining galvanized punch presses, brake presses, and metal shears.
- Mechanically inclined with a solid understanding of machine operations and maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and equipment efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Previous experience in metal fabrication or similar industries is preferred.
