Job Title: Skilled Circuit Tester - 1st Shift

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking two Skilled Circuit Tester candidates to join our team in Elkhart, IN. This is a full-time, 1st shift position offering competitive pay and a collaborative work environment. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and meet the qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities:
- Perform circuit testing and data entry for harness assembly.
- Work with blueprints to ensure accurate assembly and production.
- Operate at heights of up to 35” using a projector.
- Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Utilize MS Office for documentation and reporting.
- Contribute to a safe and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Experience with data entry and circuit testing.
- Comfortable working at heights of 35”.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- CNC experience (preferred but not required).
