Key Responsibilities:
• Preform all general mechanic responsibilities
• Help with fabricating truck upfits – including automotive type wiring, hydraulics, and truck equipment installation
• Lead by example, manage, and hold accountable a team of 7-10 mechanics in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Championing safe work practices.
• Ensures high quality standards are upheld.
• Effective communication by providing direction, assigning jobs, and supporting execution of the shop schedule.
• Technical troubleshooting of an upfit
• Proficient use of MRP/ERP
