Shipping & Receiving Clerk 1st shift
Pay: $22.00 – $25.00/hr

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our small, close-knit office and warehouse team in Elkhart. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in both a warehouse and lab environment. Strong computer skills, particularly with Excel, are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Send and receive shipments, including operating forklifts when necessary.
- Prepare and box sample materials for shipment, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation.
- Operate table saws and chop saws to cut sandwich panel walls for sampling purposes.
- Assist with general warehouse tasks and support laboratory activities as needed.
- Create shipping labels and perform basic computer tasks.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Forklift certification and prior experience operating forklifts.
- Experience using table saws and chop saws safely and accurately.
- Ability to measure materials accurately using tape measures.
- Comfortable using computers for tasks such as shipping labels and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Clean-cut appearance and professional demeanor.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
