Job Title: 2nd-Shift Shipping Associate
Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:20
Hourly Pay: $21.15 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process inbound materials or products, ensuring accurate counts and condition.
- Prepare items for outbound shipment, including packaging, labeling, and staging for transport.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Maintain organized receiving and shipping areas; ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Log and track shipment and inventory data accurately.
- Collaborate with logistics, operations, and other team members to support smooth material flow.
Basic Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow process accurately.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Capable of lifting and moving materials safely (up to approximately 50 lbs).
- Comfortable working independently while supporting team operations
