Position: Shipping Operator-First shift
Location: Garrett, Indiana
Shift & Compensation:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 5 AM to 3:30 PM
- Salary: $19 per hour

Role Overview: The Production Support/Machine Operator Helper plays a crucial role in our manufacturing operations, providing essential support to our EVG Operators and Assistant Operators. This position is ideal for candidates eager to develop their skills in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Material Handler-Must be able, and willing to operate a fork lift in a very tight area.
- Maneuver 24’ stock grating throughout the manufacturing facility.
- Operate overhead cranes
- Read a tape measure.
- Keep accurate paperwork.
- Unload trucks of steel coil, and wire coil.
- There will be day’s that staying past the end of your shift will be required.
Qualifications:
- Forklift and overhead crane experience
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new roles within the manufacturing process.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and measurements.
- Physical capability to handle manual tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
- Experience with welding and using a cutting torch is highly desirable.
