Pro Resources is seeking for short term server for a hotel located in Fort Wayne, IN. As an entry-level server/bartender, you will play a key role in enhancing our guests' experience by providing high-quality beverage service in a fast-paced hotel environment. This position is ideal for individuals eager to learn about bartending while working alongside experienced professionals.
Shift and Compensation
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at the hotel bar and during events.
- Take drink orders accurately and promptly, providing recommendations when requested.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring it meets health and safety standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and checking for expiration dates.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service, fostering a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests.
- Collaborate with the hotel staff to support events and functions, including banquets and private parties.
- Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and hotel offerings.
