Location: Auburn, IN
Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay: $17.50/hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Shipping Associate to join our team in a foam manufacturing facility. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely shipment of products. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Responsibilities:
Operate a forklift to move, load, and unload materials and finished goods
Prepare shipments according to order specifications
Use scanners and computer systems to track inventory and shipments
Verify accuracy of orders before shipment
Perform general warehouse duties including organizing and staging materials
Lift and move foam products and materials, including heavy lifting as needed
Requirements:
Forklift experience is required
Ability to lift and move heavy materials consistently
Basic computer skills and experience using scanners
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shift
