Banding & Packaging Line – 2nd Shift
Shift: 2nd | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Pay: $18.00/hr
Position Summary
The Banding & Packaging Line Associate prepares slit coils for shipment by banding, palletizing, wrapping, and staging product according to customer requirements. This role plays a key part in maintaining product quality, safety, and workflow efficiency within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect incoming coils for defects and report issues to leadership.
Monitor equipment for safe operation; stop and report any unsafe or defective conditions.
Operate automatic and semi-automatic banding equipment.
Follow customer packaging instructions and ensure accuracy of labels, pallet sizes, and materials.
Band and wrap coils securely using automated or manual banders.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safe conditions in the work area.
Assist with training new employees as needed.
Perform additional warehouse duties to maintain production flow and quality standards.
Skills & Requirements
Ability to read a tape measure and follow work orders.
Experience with forklifts, jib cranes, and small hand tools preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
Team-oriented with good communication and awareness of surroundings.
Must be able to stand, walk, and use hands frequently throughout the shift; some lifting, bending, and climbing required.
