Job Title: IG Assembly – Second Shift

Pay Rate: $23.65 per hour
Shift: Second Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
Job Description:
Seeking IG Assembly team members for second shift. This role is responsible for assembling insulated glass units by combining components accurately and efficiently while meeting strict quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of performing physically demanding work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble insulated glass units according to production specifications
- Handle glass components safely and efficiently
- Inspect assembled units for accuracy and quality
- Perform heavy lifting and repetitive physical tasks
- Maintain consistent production flow and meet daily output goals
- Follow all safety, quality, and work instructions
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
- Ability to perform heavy lifting throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods
- Comfortable working in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Prior manufacturing or glass-handling experience preferred but not required
