Job Title: 2nd Shift Packager/Saw
Location: South Bend, IN
Position Type: Temporary/Hire
Hours: 2nd shift (1:30 PM – 10:00 PM) Training on 1st shift required
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Packager/Saw Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in metal sawing, metals processing, or packaging. This role offers temp-to-hire potential based on performance.

Responsibilities:

Operate metal saw equipment safely and efficiently.
Cut, shape, and finish metal materials.
Package finished metal products securely.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Follow supervisor instructions and meet production goals.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation.
Ability to train on 1st shift for two weeks.
Able to lift up to 70 lbs. unassisted and stand for extended periods.
Forklift operation experience required.

Qualifications:

Experience in metal sawing, metals processing, or packaging required.
Tape measure and computer experience required.
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
