Purpose of the Role:
Organize and ensure daily optimization of direct labor employees of a specific area. Address production problems and provide training to employees.* Is considered a candidate for promotion to a supervisor position.
Main Responsibilities / Critical tasks:
Communicate expected daily outcomes to direct labor employees
Assist in production work as needed
Maintain a smooth transition between work assignments
