1.Answers routine call inquiries regarding the company's products by following standard scripts and procedures.
2. Responds to customer web inquiries regarding online merchandise orders.
3. Assists customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and suggests various product options that are available via phone, email and live chat.
4. Documents customer problems and works with manager to resolve.
5. Researches and resolves complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
6. Ensures prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information to others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures.
7. Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
8. Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.
9. Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
10. Partners with sales team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations.
11. Develops and increases sales revenue to to meet assigned targets.
12. Assists with the planning of sales exhibits.
***Experience with industrial sewing background is desired***
