- Compensation is from 80,000 USD to 150,000 per year + Commission
Job Duties
Background Profile
- Required
- 3–7+ years of sales, applications engineering, or technical support experience in fluid power, hydraulics, or industrial motion control.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic/pneumatic circuits, schematics, and component selection.
- Experience working with OEMs, distributors, or industrial end-users.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to travel (typically 50-60%).
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Prior experience specifying or selling hydraulic cylinders, valves, power units, pumps, motors, hose & fittings, or related products.
- Familiarity with CAD drawings, ERP systems, and CRM tools.
