Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking a motivated and personable Bilingual Recruitment Support Specialist for our Angola, IN branch. This is a full-time direct hire position with opportunities to take on more responsibility and grow into a Recruitment Specialist role as you gain experience and training.
Shift and Compensation
- Monday-Friday 8-5 PM
- Compensation is from 37,440 USD to 41,600 USD per year
Job Duties
- Welcome and assist candidates at the front desk
- Conduct new hire orientations and manage onboarding documentation
- Answer phones and direct inquiries in a professional manner
- Provide administrative support to the recruiting team
- Growth Path – Recruitment Specialist:
- Source, screen, and interview job candidates
- Post and manage job listings across various platforms
- Match candidates to client job openings based on skills and experience
- Assist with job fairs and community hiring events
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
- Collaborate closely with the branch team to ensure quality service to clients and candidates
Background Profile
- Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, or administrative support
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer-first attitude
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes
- Social media skills or recruiting tech knowledge is a plus
