About the Role
FCA Packaging is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our office. This role is essential to keeping our front office running smoothly, from managing incoming calls to coordinating with delivery drivers and supporting day-to-day administrative needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Check in delivery drivers and coordinate with relevant staff/departments
- Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming front office environment
- Perform miscellaneous office and administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate logs of visitors and deliveries
- Support other departments with clerical tasks as requested
Requirements
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, Microsoft Office or similar)
- Reliable transportation to ensure consistent, on-time attendance
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Requirements:
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Ability to lift/pull/push 50 pounds while standing/bending/twisting for a minimum of 8 hours.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Must have ability to operate a variety of power tools, hand tools and utilize appropriate personal protective equipment.
