Position Title: Receiving Clerk
Pay Rate: 17.90-19.00
Hours: 6:48 a.m. - 3:18 p.m.
This would be for someone for approximately 4 weeks. They will inspect and relocate parts to their designated locations, and potentially remove EDrive parts. They must have prior forklift experience, but do not need to be able to use our ERP system, Epicor. This is not intended to lead to a full-time position
Summary:
This position is responsible for helping the receiving coordinator unload trucks, count
products, and move products around the facility. This is an office temp position reporting to the Supply
Chain Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Compare identifying information including counts and weights. Measure items to verify
information against bills of landing, invoices, orders, or other records.
Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages and
correspond with buyer/vendor to determine disposition.
Work as a team with internal expeditors to coordinate a timely flow of material to various
departments.
Unload inbound trucks with forklift.
Scan all pack slips, material certifications and CoC’s into the ERP file.
Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma required
1 year of manufacturing experience required? 1 yr of previous receiving, purchasing and/or inventory control experience is preferred
Requires strong written and verbal and interpersonal skills
Sound computer and organizational skills
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods standing.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times.
