Pro Resources Staffing is now hiring a Receiving Clerk – Inbound for a growing manufacturing facility. In this role, you’ll ensure timely and accurate receipt of incoming goods and materials, help maintain inventory records, and interact with drivers and warehouse staff to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and document all inbound materials, checking for quantity, condition, and accuracy
Process and record returned goods
Perform daily data entry of production and receiving documentation
Interact with drivers and customers, providing necessary paperwork and direction
Enter production receipts into the inventory system
Follow all plant safety and handling guidelines
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with warehouse equipment and production systems preferred
