Re-employment Specialist
Records & processes all pertinent data related to the RESEA program in the case management system.
Refers customer to the appropriate next step for services and/or products
Assists claimants in a quicker return to meaningful employment
Shift and Compensation
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00am to 4:30pm
- $16.35 an hour
Job Duties
- Schedule, coordinate & facilitate meetings, orientations, and assessments
- Conduct training sessions
- Assists job seekers to develop individual reemployment plans
- Interviews & assesses customer’s individual needs
- Informs & promotes the services available through WorkOne and their service partners
- Records & processes all pertinent data related to the RESEA grand in the case management system, excel or word documents
- Submits any failed to participate documentation to UI
- Refers customer to the appropriate next step for services and/or products
- Assists claimants through an early intervention to aid individuals in a quicker return to meaningful employment
Background Profile
- 3 years of experience in business administration, social services, state or federal employment service program or related experience
