Shift and Compensation
-2nd shift
-3:00pm – 11:00pm
-Monday – Friday (Some OT on Saturdays)
-Pay: $16.50/hr
Job Duties
-Must be able to perform or assist with the following: PPAP submission, PFMEA, Control plans, capability studies, gage R&R's
-Inspect product for quality dimensions using various measurement devices including but not limited to calipers, micrometers, and gages.
-Instrumental in gauge design, tracking and calibration
-1st piece inspection using ballooned blue prints as a guide.
-Maintains equipment through calibration schedules, regular maintenance procedures, and proper operation.
-Performs the duties of a Quality auditor and supports the similar efforts of others.
-Programs and operates CMM equipment to assure reliability of manufacturing processes.
-Trains others in full or part time roles related to quality.
-Knowledge of ISO/TS Standards and must be able to perform layered audits as well as internal audits using this standard.
Background Profile
Must be able to lift up to 10lbs. frequently, with up to 25 lbs. occasionally
High school diploma or GED certificate, with experience or education equal to a two year technical degree in a related field.
Able to read blue prints, micrometers, and calipers
Will train on 1st shift (7am-3pm) for 2 weeks
