Position Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented person to join our team as a Quality Technician. This position helps make sure our wire harnesses and assemblies meet customer expectations. No experience is required — we will provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.
Pay and Shift:
- 1st shift 7am- 3:30pm
- $15 an hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect wire harnesses and electrical assemblies during and after production.
- Check that parts meet company and customer standards.
- Follow simple inspection steps using measuring tools and test equipment (training provided).
- Record inspection results and note any problems or rework needed.
- Work closely with team members to keep quality high and production moving.
- Help maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety and company procedures.
Qualifications:
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable using basic hand tools or test equipment (we will train).
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
- Dependable, positive attitude, and good teamwork skills.
- Basic computer or data entry skills helpful but not required.
Work Environment:
- Hands-on work in a small factory setting.
- Standing, bending, or light lifting (up to 25 lbs).
- Monday–Friday schedule with occasional overtime as needed.
