Job Duties
- Develop and implement quality management strategies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, with a focus on ISO.
- Oversee quality control processes throughout production stages.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Conduct internal audits and manage external audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Background Profile
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager, preferably in Metal Works/Automotive.
- Strong background in quality assurance and control.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and drive quality performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
