1st shift, 6AM-4PM M-F
$20/hour
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for receiving and incoming material/supplies inspections in accordance with written specifications and requirements. Identifies and segregates questionable, incorrect or defective incoming materials/supplies.
- Document control - issue, circulate, track, distribute and maintain new and revised documents, as required. Maintain master, obsolete and archive files in both electronic and paper form. File and maintain records for easy retrieval and in accordance with established policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Calibration System - Manage the calibration and verification program administration and update of calibration management system and software. This includes but is not limited to review of documentation for calibration for completeness, maintaining records within the calibration management and paper filing systems, interfacing with instrument owners / users for planning / assist / coordinate equipment that needs to be sent off site for calibrations, assist in planning and scheduling of calibrations that need to be performed.
- Training – Partner with management to determine training plans and requirements, maintain training files, assist with the coordination and scheduling of training.
- Assist with the development and revision of the Quality Management System, manuals, procedures, instructions, and forms, and coordinate the approval process.
- Responsible for maintaining inventory management system transactions, and approved supplier list. Assist with supplier communication with regards to non-conforming material, certificates of conformance requirements, ISO certifications, product returns and performance reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma
- Extensive knowledge of ISO requirements, quality systems, and quality management principals.
- Able to work on and successfully complete multiple tasks, independently with minimal supervision. Ability to document data, communicate clearly both verbal and written.
DRESS CODE: Jeans/long pants, closed toe shoes, t-shirt/sweatshirt - nothing vulgar or offensive, clothing free from holes/snags - must be clean and no strong perfumes etc.
