Full-Time Purchasing Assistant! Perfect job if you are a self starter, very detail oriented, and able to work in a fast paced office setting.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
Create relationships with Vendors
Bill of Materials
Overseeing and Maintaining inventory levels
Purchasing, MAS - Sage 100 experience a plus.
Accounting experience or education required.
Candidate must be highly organized, pro-active, and possess strong follow-up and investigative skills.
Ability to mange multiple projects at a time
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
Must be creative and possess a "think outside the box" mentality
Ability to adjust and prioritize to meet deadlines
Pay will be $13/hr. Once hired client offers paid vacation, health insurance, 401k in a casual office environment. Hours are 8a-5p M-F.
