Bilingual HSE Officer (English/Spanish) – Direct Hire
Location: Lebanon, IN
Full-Time | Salary: $80,000–$95,000/year (depending on experience)

Pro Resources is now hiring a Bilingual HSE Officer for a direct hire opportunity at a brand-new manufacturing facility in Lebanon, IN. This is an exciting chance to help launch a facility and shape its safety culture from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, experienced in health, safety, and environmental compliance, and comfortable working across 1st and 2nd shifts.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and support daily safety functions as part of the Safety Leadership Team
Provide coaching, training, and communication in both English and Spanish
Monitor and support safety, environmental, and health compliance programs
Conduct audits, manage incident investigations, and handle OSHA/EPA reporting
Oversee injury claim management and regulatory documentation
Assist with environmental permitting and emergency response procedures
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental, or related field
5+ years of HSE experience in a manufacturing environment
Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Experience with 5S/LEAN practices is a plus
