Shift and Compensation

- Pay : $21.65 / hour
Job Duties
- Safety orientation and training as required.
- Assist in Accident investigation and follow-up.
- Oversee the safety committees.
- PPE program
- Safety reporting - comply with local, state, and federal regulations as well as internal requirements.
- Responsible for weekly safety huddle.
- Assist in tracking, reporting and submission of safety & environmental related items as required by local, state, and federal regulations as well as internally.
- Assist with the maintenance of all necessary Material Safety Data sheets.
Background Profile
- High School Diploma
- Continuing education as needed regarding new OSHA regulations & Worker’s Compensation
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Publishers
- Ability to multi-task, plan, organize and review information proficiently.
- A thorough knowledge of standard office procedures, practices, and equipment
- Excellent presentation skills, communications, both written and verbal
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with all levels of employees as well as outside contacts.
