Recruiter – Direct Hire
Location: Columbia City, IN
Pay: $25–$29/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities
Source and recruit qualified candidates for various skilled roles
Post openings on job boards and work with placement partners
Review resumes, screen applicants, and schedule interviews
Support onboarding activities and new hire coordination
Maintain the applicant tracking system and assist with HR administrative tasks
Participate in job fairs and recruiting events
