Job Description

Production/Utility Associate – 3rd Shift
Location: Elkhart, IN
Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: 3rd Shift | 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Sunday–Thursday + Overtime
Pro Resources is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join a leading manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to grow their career in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Duties:
  • Perform production line and utility tasks
  • Complete repetitive movements including bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling
  • Follow safety and quality standards
  • Support daily production goals
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check
