As a Production Technician, you'll work hands-on across multiple stages of building modular homes — from framing and flooring to plumbing, roofing, and finish work. If you're mechanically inclined, good with tools, and like seeing a project come together piece by piece, this is your place!
Pay & Schedule
- $20/hour
- Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (some OT, no weekends — ever)
- 30-minute lunch + 10-minute break
What You'll Be Doing
- Rotating through departments like framing, flooring, roofing, plumbing, painting, and final finish
- Reading blueprints and tape measures to get every detail right
- Running saws, nail guns, and other hand and power tools
- Installing everything from insulation and drywall to windows, doors, and trim
- Loading, organizing, and moving materials (forklift certification available)
- Working as part of a tight-knit team to hit daily production goals
What You Bring
- HSD/GED preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand/power tools
- Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude
- Willingness to learn multiple production roles
- Ability to lift, climb, and stay active throughout the shift — indoors and outdoors, in a variety of conditions
