Production Supervisor
Location: Whitestown, IN
Compensation: $77,000–$103,000/year
Direct Hire | 48-52 hours per week
Pro Resources is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity with an established manufacturing company in Whitestown, IN. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and enjoys coaching teams, driving efficiency, and maintaining high safety and quality standards. This is a full-time opportunity that typically requires 45-52 hours per week, with additional overtime as needed, including occasional Saturdays.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead daily production operations
- Coach, train, and develop production employees
- Monitor productivity and ensure production goals are met
- Maintain and enforce safety and quality standards
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve issues
- Allocate labor effectively to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
- Cross-train team members and support overall team development
- Maintain accurate timekeeping and production records
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of manufacturing experience
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience required
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of safety and quality procedures
- Flexible to work overtime and additional hours as needed
- Ability to pass background and drug screenings
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the facility regularly
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- This is a hands-on leadership role where supervisors are expected to work alongside the team when needed
