Job Title: IG Washer – Second Shift

Pay Rate: $23.65 per hour
Shift: Second Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
Job Description:
Seeking a Washer for our second shift operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring insulated glass units meet quality and cleanliness standards before production. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable performing physically demanding work in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor IG washing equipment
- Load and unload glass efficiently and safely
- Inspect glass for defects, cleanliness, and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Requirements:
- Ability to perform heavy lifting on a regular basis
- Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
- Comfortable working in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Prior manufacturing or glass-handling experience is a plus, but not required
