Shift and Compensation
-Shift hours and pay vary depending on position: -1st Shift: (9am 5pm) -2nd Shift: (2pm 10pm) -3rd Shift: (10pm 6am) -Pay: $12.50 - $14.00/hr.
Job Duties
Positions currently available with description: -Extrusion: (2nd and 3rd Shift): May need to perform saw operations to cut raw material per customer's specifications. May need to manufacture quality bars per customer request. Perform quality control duties in regards to checking finished product and performing set-up checks per specifications. Think Like a Customer. Must be able to perform in all areas of Extrusion Processing including saw operation, machining, and quality control. -Inventory: (2nd and 3rd Shift): Must be willing to work alternate schedules during mid-end of month counts. Assist with stocking incoming inventory as soon as it is received. Ensure all product that is on overstock racks is in the correct location and is clearly labeled. Responsible for stocking all non-anodize overstock racks are neat and organized. Work closely with parts pulling to locate parts that are holding and match them to the orders. Monitor and update order holds as is necessary. Responsible for receiving and processing all incoming returns. Work closely with multiple departments to expedite the RGA process. Organize and assist with maintaining product inventory as well as returns; may perform other duties as deemed necessary. -Panel Shop Technician (2nd Shift): Employees in this position will be responsible for learning to set-up and operate routers in Panel Shop, reading and understanding blueprints; maintaining tooling; changing and offsetting tooling; and processing panel orders. Must be able to pull proper material and set machine to required specifications. Employee must also be able to troubleshoot machine issues. Must be able to operate cutting machines like shear, etc. Perform quality control duties in regards to checking finished panels. Transport finished orders from panel shop to shipping. Employee will also be trained and expected to learn all other areas of the Panel Shop area; all other assignments as deemed necessary. -Shipping (2nd & 3rd Shift): Provide support to the packaging areas by processing skid orders, full length orders, and small package orders. The shipper will package small parts boxes, label orders for various truck and freight companies utilizing our current software. The shipper will palletize or band panels and operate packaging equipment in all areas of shipping. The shipper will use a forklift to load trucks for various truck and freight companies and move skids from revolver and racks. Must be able to perform all other assignments as deemed necessary.
-Manufacturing Tech (3rd Shift):

May need to perform saw operations to cut raw materials per customer s specifications. May need to manufacture quality parts per customer request. Perform quality control duties in regards to checking finished parts. Follow all start-up procedures. Process next order according to department flow needs. Process all orders using MES. Verify material. Follow appropriate set-up check procedures for all orders. Follow appropriate spot checks. All orders must be scanned out of MES when complete. Push order to the next appropriate workstation. Follow proper shutdown and cleanup procedures at the end of each shift. Required to know working knowledge of cutting, milling, drilling, tapping, finishing and de-burring machines. Perform quality control duties. Adjust chemical balances. Rack and unrack parts. Chamfer parts. Assemble parts. Must be able to read and follow blueprints.
