Job Description

Production & Warehouse Associate – Middlebury, IN

We are currently hiring for 1st and 2nd shift positions and looking to schedule interviews ASAP.

Shifts & Pay:

1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (overtime possible until 3:30 PM) | $18/hr
2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM | $20/hr

Job Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and assist with basic machine setup
Perform general warehouse duties including packaging, labeling, and inventory tracking
Use tools to build wood skids (nail gun, saws, tape measure)
Operate a forklift (training provided if needed)
Inspect materials for quality and damage
Move and distribute products to different departments

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, twisting, standing)
Willingness to learn and work in both production and warehouse environments
