Shift and Compensation

- Compensation is from 52,000 USD to 62,400 USD
Job Duties
- Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment.
- Listens for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discusses machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine.
- Must be able to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems.
- Must have experience with preventative maintenance programs
- experience working on Van Dorn, Cincinnati and HPM injection mold machines.
- Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.
- Cleans and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.
- Installs and repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
- Repairs and maintains physical structure of establishment and grounds.
- Operates cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.
- Fabricates and repairs counters, benches, partitions, and other wooden structures
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures and PPE.
Background Profile
- Minimum 5 years of injection mold machine experience required.
- Talented in troubleshooting industrial motors, starters, controls, and panels
- High school education or GED equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- The Employee must be able to operate a Forklift, scissor lift and be certified.
