Job Description:
-Operate CNC brake press
-Very repetitive work:
1. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. to shoulder height for entire shift – Lifting (long/bulky/awkward) 40 lb. steel beams
2. Must be able to reach above shoulders to actuate two hand trip machine controls for entire shift
3. Must be able to actuate foot treadle machine controls for entire shift
-Inspect parts using master, drawing, or process sheet to assure quality standards
-Package, store, and handle completed parts
-Position work pieces simultaneously in two separate stations of die
-Use appropriate hand tools, writing utensils, and measuring devices
-Complete paperwork, part tags, scrap reports, work order sheets, production cards.
Requirements:
-High school diploma/GED preferred, not required
-Must be able to do basic math (addition, subtraction, and division)
-Must be able to read, understand, and legibly complete paperwork
-Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
