Press Operator
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Guion Rd)
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Job Summary
The Press Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining press equipment used to produce custom orthotic components and prescribed shoe soles. This role ensures materials are properly shaped and formed and meet quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Operate press machines to shape and form materials used in orthotic and shoe sole production 
  • Load raw materials and remove finished products from press equipment 
  • Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed 
  • Trim, assemble, or finish products as required 
Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience 
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift to 40 lbs. 
  • Strong attention to detail and quality 
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality 
Work Environment
  • Manufacturing/production setting 
  • Exposure to machinery, noise, and production materials
