2nd shift Press Operator 

 
Shift and Compensation
  • 2pm- 10pm 
  • Overtime as needed. 
  • $19.92 an hour 
Job Duties
  • Load valves into press
  • inspect valves for defects. 
  • load completed valves into containers and load all containers onto a cart.
  • run 3-4 presses at one time on 6 min intervals. 
  • Operators will perform preparations for molding and detect and report defective or questionable products. Other expectations include maintaining a clean and orderly work area, following prescribed safety regulations, and the ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations.
Background Profile
  • Diploma/GED preferred not required.
  • Applicants must be able to physically stand, walk, reach, push, pull, stoop, and crouch.
  • The job requires frequent lifting and moving of containers weighing 15 pounds and occasional lifting and moving containers up to 50 pounds.
